I highly recommend including Japan Wireless in your must-haves when travelling to Japan. Connection was reliable. Easy pick up and return! Good value for money, too.

As International travelers, we would have been lost without WiFi! Being able to use Google Translate was very important!

From day 1, our package was waiting for us when we arrived at our hotel.
10 days we had and no issues with connection. 3 phones plus a samsung tablet, we had perfect coverage. Definitely will use them again when we go back to Japan.
