We loved this- it held its charge all day as we walked around - it was super easy to set up! Loved it and would absolutely recommend it!!

This was such a great service. Delivered to the hotel prior to arrival charged up and ready to go. Worked everywhere we went including the top of Mt. Fuji. While there is WiFi across Japan it’s not fluid and everywhere. This ensured we had directions and Google translate every moment. Then, we popped it in the envelope at the airport and dropped it in the mailbox. So easy.

This was the best choice for us traveling in Japan. The service was great. Connectivity had no issues plus easy pick up and drop off. The cost was also well worth it.
