We booked the pocket WiFi online and picked it up at Haneda after arrival. It was super easy. We were in Tokyo, Kyoto and Hakone with our family of four using it constantly. We never had any connectivity issues and it was fast.
We were given an envelope to mail
It back on our departure from Narita. We dropped it in the mailbox right before immigration and customs at Narita.
Very affordable $71for unlimited WiFi 10 days.
We got an email on arrival in the US that they had received it back.
Seamless, affordable and I would highly recommend it. Great communication with customer service.

From the pick up at the hotel, the great speed over multiple devices and the drop of at the airport… overall excellent!
The battery last just over half the day and the battery pack they gave us charged it quickly and was sufficient to get through the day!
Will use again on our next trip!

We used Japan Wireless for our first time trip to Tokyo and the service was easy pick up, easy use, no interruptions service and convenient drop off. I would recommend and use again.

Everything was very easy to follow; it works perfectly. I would recommand this company

This wi-fi works perfectly! We connected 3 telephones and never had problems! The drop off was very easy, we used the post box at the airport before leaving!!
