Good service and proffessional

Everything went smoothly. It was super easy to pick up the package and return it. It worked well.

It was so easy to obtain the pocket wireless router because Japan Wireless had the device couriered to our first hotel in Japan. We used the router daily and even though some train stations and the trains in Japan have free wireless, there are a lot of warnings about public wi-fi interrupting the service, so it was so much better to use the pocket router. I highly recommend this affordable and reliable service.

Delivered on time to my hotel as promised. Worked very well everywhere that I visited.

We had a fantastic experience with Japan Wireless mobile wi-fi. Easy pickup at the airport and stellar connectivity throughout our 12 days in Japan. Allowed us to use google maps in real time all over the country, which was particularly helpful in the large train stations to get to our destinations. In Japan for 3 weeks in March 2019. We used Japan Wireless' Portable WiFi. What a game changer! We were out and about from morning until night and used this WIFi device. We were NEVER without our WiFi and had full bars every time!! Very easy to use! When we were back at our place of stay for the evening we charged the device and it was ready to go by the next morning! If you are ever in Japan and need a Portable WiFi...go JAPAN WIRELESS!! You won't go wrong!!

This was so convenient and easy, had everything we needed for text, phone and fun in Tokyo. Easy drop off at the airport on our way home. Excellent!

We lost some connectivity one of our days, but it's been a great service overall.
