Facile à commander et à utiliser avec un iPhone ….. aucun soucis de connexion… je suis satisfait de ce service.

Super affordable and convenient. We had Wi-Fi everywhere we traveled. Couldn’t have navigated Japan without it. 10/10 service and product and returns made super easy with the prepaid envelope they provide with your device. Highly recommend!

Battery is drained by 5pm so need to use powerbank. Signal is strong and consistent.

This was my second time using Japan Wireless, and I would continue to use it for any future visits. Pick-up and drop-off are very easy, the pocket WiFi device worked as expected, and the price for the service is very reasonable.

When I visit japan again, i plan to get the wireless router from Japan Wireless again. It worked excellently everywhere, from Tokyo to Osaka. Wish I could get it in the U.S. before I get to the Japan so I would have wireless in the airport. Thank you Japan Wireless for being exactly what you advertised!
