Our trip to Japan just wouldn’t have been the same without Japan Wireless. Thank you for offering this service.

Do NOT go to Japan without this!!! This is an absolute must for anyone travelling around Japan. Reception was perfect everywhere we went and to have internet to know where you’re going was seriously fantastic. I would recommend this to EVERYONE!

This was such an easy process and I loved that you can just drop it off in a mailbox when you're done. This was a total life-saver! Will definitely use again the next time I'm in Japan.

Apart from the upscale fast connection and incredible signal coverage, I would like to thank this company to literally chase me when my plane unfortunately reach the Aiport of Narita, with 2:30 h of delay, making me miss the opening hours of the terminal 2 postal office.
Through e-mail I've informed them about what happen and less that 24h later, with a little fee, they re-delivered the portable wifi at my Shibuya hotel.

We had an awesome connection through out our stay in japan. It was fast, convenient and handy to carry in purse or pocket. We’ll definitely rent again next time we visit Japan. Also receiving and returning the package is very convenient, delivered in our hotel and dropped off in post mail. Satisfied customer :)
