It was delivered on time to pick up on arrival. Easy to switch on and in less than a second it was operational. All good.

I am very happy that I decided to order the wifi device from Japan Wireless. The device was waiting for me at my hotel when I arrived. It was very easy to use and had instructions on how to use and troubleshoot the device. I will definitely order one when I return to Japan in the future. Thank you.

Fantastic, it is necessari to move in Japan

Delivered to the airport post office which we found really easily. Easy to use English instructions included with an extra power bank which was ideal for long days out and about in Japan. The internet speed was excellent we didn’t have any loss of connection the whole week we had it, even when we visited Mount Fuji! So much easier than swapping SIM cards in your phone. Just used Wi-fi on my own phone the whole time. Would recommend Japan wireless to anyone visiting Japan. We dropped back off in the airport came with pre paid envelope included so just bagged up and dropped into a post box.

I'm so glad I opted to get the pocket wifi device. It was absolutely useful & I loved the extra battery pack. Getting it at the airport upon arrival made it super handy. Everything just went smoothly from ordering to actually getting it & finally returning it. I highly recommend Japan Wireless.

Mi experiencia fue muy buena rentando el pocket wifi, elegí la versión premium y en ningún momento me quedé sin datos ni señal, me sirvió en todos lados, pude cargar sin problemas, la batería duró muchísimo, en general fue un excelente servicio. También para recogerlo fue muy sencillo desde el aeropuerto de narita, lo mismo que devolverlo en el buzón del aeropuerto. Lo volvería a rentar sin problemas. Súper recomendable.
