Great internet access and consistent speeds in Tokyo, Osaka, Nara, Kyoto, Kobe, and everywhere else I went during a year in Japan. Did not need a separate connection for my apartment. Highly recommended.

Our experience with Japan Wireless was great! The ease of pickup and return was nice. The device provided us seamless internet access for our entire trip. It was convenient an cost effective. Highly recommend.

The pocket WiFi unit was super handy. Keep it charged overnight, pop the unit into your backpack, and the group has Internet connectivity for your maps and other needs all day! Pickup at Haneda was smooth, and it worked without issues from Tokyo to Kanazawa to Nara to Hiroshima.

After set up, everything worked great. I had Internet everywhere and it was fast and reliable.
