Great WiFi.. worked all over Japan without issue. Plenty of speed wherever we went no connection problems. Highly recommend.

This is a must-have for a trip to Japan. Great connectivity, like being at home. Would recommend to everyone.

I received a faulty router on my arrival but the Japan Wireless support team were very responsive and helpful and managed to post a new one to my hotel very rapidly. The signal was strong and internet connection connection was fast with the new router. Very helpful to have it all the time with us to help us navigate and stay connected with work and family all the time.
