We rented a Pocket wifi for 3 Weeks and it worked perfectly.

Delivering to the post office at the airport was convenient. Signal strength was great, even in the subways. The included return envelope is also very convenient for dropping off at the airport on the day of departure. Prices are good when the bigger companies charge extra to take advantage of tourists.

Everything was great - the package was shipped to my hotel, and I was able to drop it off at the airport at the end of my trip. No problems with anything - would rent again!

We used the pocket wifi from Japan Wireless during our 23 day trip to Japan. It did temporarily drop out on us a couple times but would highly recommend it as a travel companion

Excellent customer service - on time delivery to our hotel, the wifi worked perfectly the entire time, and it was so easy to mail back at the airport!

we went to remote areas in hokkaido and data signal was still good!
mobile wifi was delivered to the hotel and very easy returns.

This is a must have for a nice trip in Japan

I had recently switched to a lower cost carrier in America and was not able to add on international calling. A friend told me about Japan Wireless and I jumped in. It was easy to pick up and use during my trip. It was also a reasonable cost. Thank you!

Both customer service and internet service were impeccable. We used the device for two weeks with no issue whatsoever. They were waiting for us when we arrived at our hotel the first night. We made an error when returning them in going through airport security before remembering to visit the post office. We then shipped the devices to Japan Wireless once we returned home. Customer service was very understanding and accommodating. I would use japan wireless again when I return to japan.

I travelled to Japan for half a month in April and got Japan wireless. It worked well, had no issues, had coverage everywhere I went: Tokyo, Kyoto, Hakone, Osaka and even while hiking in the Kumano Kodo the wireless device never disappointed me. I will definitely use it again and highly recommend it to others.
