The pocket WiFi was very new and in good order. The battery only lasts for about a day so you’ll need to charge it every night, or risk charging it during the day. Good service by Japan wireless - pocket WiFi was delivered to our hotel the night before our morning start date. Thanks!

Fast respond from service centre. Easy to get from post office and return back by dropping in the mail box in the airport. Speed is very fast.

Japan Wireless made it possible for me to navigate my way throughout Tokyo with ease. Definitely recommend renting a hotspot from Japan Wireless if you're traveling in Japan.

We were pleased that we decided to get two portable wi-fi units to share for 6 people, who were not always on the same train or tour. It was perfect, yes you had to make sure they stayed charged, but it came with a back up charger.

Worked great and super convenient

My partner and I collected our portable wifi upon arrival at hotel in tokyo. We travelled to osaka and kyoto and never had any connection issues.
Very reasonably priced and battery is great, with the portable charger we didnt have any issues at all!
The only I issue I had was with my prepaid sim card I bought while is Australia.
Will definitely be getting the portable wifi next trip for reliability and no fuss!
