We ordered the WiFi a couple of weeks before we came to Japan. We asked for it to be delivered to our hotel for when we arrived. It was there. The instructions were very clear and easy to understand to set it up. It was quite small so easy to slip into a pocket or bag. It didn't let us down at all while we were in Japan. It was brilliant!!! No worries or hassle. When we contacted you, as we had mislaid the envelope to return it in,you were extremely helpful telling us which shop to buy a new one in. We dropped it in a post box as directed at the airport. It was a brilliant way of getting WiFi and we would recommend it to anyone who is going to Japan on holiday. Thank you so much for giving us a stress-free holiday.
