Great!small and easy to use.

Very easy to use and a great option if you need Internet for your trip

Very convenient for groups, easy to get and return. For groups of 4 people or more, I recommend it over getting multiple esims.

It work great during my time in Osaka and Tokyo

The stall at Haneda was a bit tricky to find but the service worked very well. No issues during my 10 day trip to Tokyo. Speeds were amazing and did not notice any throttling. Returning the device was also easy as the mailboxes were everywhere. Would 100% use this service again.

The service provided was excellent. It was a little difficult to locate where to pick up the devices at the Haneda airport, but dropping it off upon our departure was very straightforward.

Simple to pickup from airport; easy to use with reliable internet access; and return process was convenient with drop off into Japan Post mailbox at the airport. Overall good price, consistent connection, easy process.

Great service. Everything was more than ok

Thanks! Fantastic product and service! I'll order it again for my next trip!

Great experience with Japan-Wireless. Pickup at Narita Airport was quick, no queue. We traveled for two weeks across Tokyo, Kamakura, Kyoto, Nara and Osaka and the connection was reliable almost everywhere, except for short drops in underground trains. Connected 3 devices between two people without issues, and the battery plus backup battery covered a full day of sightseeing. The price was fair for what we got, and the return process (postbox, instructions included) was simple. Nothing negative to report. Recommended for anyone visiting Japan.
