Renting a wifi box was very easy and useful for our two week stay in japan. Connection. was fast and reliable and the only thing we had to worry about was if the battery ran out but since it came with an extra battery to keep charged on the go, everything went smoothly. Even if you exceed the high speed wifi, the Lower speeds were still enough to do some browsing and streaming and navigation on your device. Drop off was seamless as it was just package it back up in the included package and drop it off inside a mailbox at the airport.

Picked up upon arrival at the airport and had premium wifi during my entire trip. I was traveling with 3 family members and we were all still able to enjoy the high speed wifi. The pocket wifi came with an outlet charger and a portable charger that came in handy when we were out the entire day. Return was so easy as it came with a return envelope that I dropped in a mailbox conveniently located at the airport right in front of tsa.

The WiFi worked flawlessly, even in the remote areas of Shikoku. It was a comfort to be able to bring up Google Maps on our road trip.We had the unit delivered to our hotel in Tokyo, and dropping it off at Hanada was easy. We will definitely use it next t8me.
