Great device to have when travelling Japan never had any issues always fast and connected. Great for photo and video uploads. Small enough to put a back pack and the extra battery works out perfect for all day use. My fourth timing using this service and will use again on my next trip back to this amazing country

The setup was very simple. It worked throughout our trip and made it easy to have our iPhones and iPads connected. The supplemental battery was a good idea, but not enough for an entire day. Luckily, I had brought one with me which I used instead. Great service and easy to return the morning we left our hotel.

The pick up point at NRT is very easy to find and personel super friendly. The pocket wifi works perfectly, the battery lasts for the whole day and is very fast! Very satisfied, would recommend

Must have whilst in Japan. Easy to pick up and set up. We had 3 phones connected to the wifi. Never lost signal, long battery life. Simple process to drop off at the airport when departing from Japan. Would recommend.
