I will never travel in Japan without this product. Great customer service and great device. It lasted all day and made it so I always had maps and my translation app ready to go. I started calling it my tiny friend because I loved it so much.

The pocket wifi was easy to pick up and send back when we were finished. Getting it set up and any troubleshooting was very simple. It worked great, we always had internet, and it held its charge for a long time. I wouldn't travel without it!

The entire experience of renting Unlimited premium WiFi was great. Everything from pick-up, use, and return went smoothly. We traveled a large part of Japan, from Tokyo to Fuji, Kyoto, Osaka, Hiroshima, Miyajima, Shirakawa, Kanazawa, Matsumoto, Nagano, Nikko Utsunomiya and back to Tokyo. The internet worked everywhere and without restrictions.I would choose it again.

No hemos tenido ningún problema durante nuestros 15 días en Japón. La batería y conexión siempre fue excelente. Nos dieron el dispositivo en el aeropuerto de Haneda en cuestión de segundos y desde entonces, todo fue bien. Un gran servicio.
