Super small, battery lasted throughout the day with 2 devices connected. Didn't need to use the included battery pack at all.

The unit was waiting for us at our hotel when we arrived.
We had the unit for 17 days, it worked perfectly. It only needed rebooting once when it stalled for a moment. The battery lasted the whole day, it was reassuring to know it came with a additional battery.
At the end of the holiday it was easy to pop into the postbox and the airport.

We rented the pocket wifi while we travel Japan for 2 weeks and this was the best thing to have. It was great and works very well wherever we go from Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto, Nagoya and Hiroshima. I recommend to anyone.

We found Japan Wireless System to be extremely user friendly.Their instructions regarding pick up location at Haneda airport as well as connecting the modem
to our phones were precise. We had availed of their services for 14 days and were connected 24/7 without any disconnection problem.The additional battery pack which comes along with the package is very useful in extending connectivity.We found that it was good value for money.

Japan wireless is highly recommended, the item arrived at the hotel prior to us and was handed to us when we checked in, there was no drop out of wireless service, and we had numerous WIFI items with us which all connected with ease and lasted the whole day, charge over night and ready to go for the next day.

Made numerous calls back home from Japan using WhatsApp and didn't have to worry about data being used from an eSim - also watching Netflix at the hotel - Money well spent to keep connected in Japan - going back again in May 2024 and will be using this service again!
