Very pleased with our Japan wireless pocket WiFi. No issues worked the whole time we were in Japan. Battery lasted each day no need for the back up battery. Definitely would have struggled without it!

This is a must see if you are traveling around Japan using google maps, it was night and day using the is wifi box! We used our phones in the past and the internet was too slow and unreliable, get this and you will have a better experience!

Japan Wireless was about as seamless of an experience as you can get. After purchasing our pocket WiFi ahead of time we picked it up at the airport and were able to start using it immediately. There were occasional connection issues when switching from hotel WiFi, but nothing that wasn't remedies within a minute or two. The pocket WiFi and battery pack lasted us through every day no matter what we did or how heavily we used it. Then, returning it was a breeze with the given envelope. I'd highly recommend Japan Wireless and fully intending on using it again when we return to Japan.

Would definitely recommend for anyone. It is very easy to use and the battery life is truly amazing. It is lightweight, convenient and has great internet speed. Will be using again next time I'm in Japan

Hired the pocket wifi for my 2 week stay in Japan. It was the best thing. So easy to get from ordering online to picking up at the airport and posting back. there were 4 in our group and we all had access to wifi through out the holiday. Even comes with back up battery so you have power all day. great for using google maps to get around.
