We ordered from Hawaii to have it delivered to the first hotel of our trip and it was waiting for us at arrival . Put it in the postbox at the airport before going to check in for our flight .

From start to finish, renting this pocket wifi was easy. The instructions on email and in the packet was clear. There was a new cable and charger in the packet. 2 people connected with this device and we travelled out of Osaka to Kyoto and Wakayama on small country roads and had no problems with connection. I would use this service again for my next visit.
