Really good!

It was ready at the hotel when I arrived, it was easy to use and charge and greatly help my mobility when I was in Japan. Will recommend to everyone.

Although our phone provider assured us that we'd have 4G service overseas, we most certainly did not. Especially when leaving the major cities. Yet with our Wi-Fi Router in my pocket, we never lost service throughout two full weeks of adventure spanning the entire country. Being able to access Google Maps and internet browsers at 4G speeds was truly a lifesaver that made Japan a fun, accessible, and fully immersive experience. The bonus charger was really helpful as well, as it guaranteed Wi-Fi all day and night! We'll never travel to Japan without it!

Good coverage. Easy pick up from post office at Osaka airport. Would have been 5 stars except the unit was not fully charged which meant I was caught out early in my stay. Would definitely recommend using these guys.

Only negtive comment could be that post office in the airport wsn't really easy to find and the directions for that could be bit more elaborated. Also the extra battery and the device itself are a bit heavy to carry them in your purse. Other than that it is perfect and it made my trip to Japan easy and very enjoyable.
