Everything worked very well.

I ordered a Japan Wireless mobile device a week before my arrival and it was waiting for me at my hotel upon arrival. The package had not only the hot spot but also a pre-paid return envelope and battery pack. It was easy to set up and use by my phone and Laptop.
I traveled across Japan and had coverage throughout my stay (even down in Okinawa). It even worked on the Shinkansen (bullet train).
I would use this service again.

Very good performance. With powerbank as backup included, although the built in battery was enough most days. Easy to return in a postbox.

Reliable service and convenient to pick and return.

This will have been our third time availing of Japan Wireless for our mobile wifi needs while in Japan. And now we've even availed of their long term wifi plan!

We can't recommend Japan Wirless enough...we've told all our friends who are coming to Japan to seriously consider Japan Wireless!

This is my 2nd time! Wifi works well and I trust them. Thank you!

Very easy to collect and to return, works perfectly and the battery covers for the whole day most of the time even without using the power bank. I totally recommend

Just good, no problems at all.
Good service pick-up and drop off.

The wifi was very good from Tokyo to Nagasaki.

We rented this wifi box for our trip to Japan, 2 people with several devices each. The device is small enough to be easily portable, and lasted all day despite the intensive usage. It comes with a charger and an extra battery pack which means you really have no issues being connected even if you forget to charge one night. Performance was good and it worked everywhere we were in Japan.
