Always there when I need it and easy to return at the end of the trip. Battery lasts all day.

Hired the pocket wifi for my 2 week stay in Japan. It was the best thing. So easy to get from ordering online to picking up at the airport and posting back. there were 4 in our group and we all had access to wifi through out the holiday. Even comes with back up battery so you have power all day. great for using google maps to get around.

Very good the product

Your service is extraordinary. I always had internet and was communicated during my trip in Japan. Thank you very much

I made the mistake of not getting WiFi connection when arriving at the airport. Getting this delivered to the hotel made my trip so much easier, especially navigating around the Tokyo area. Would definitely get this again since it was easy to set up for use, delivery, and return (at airport drop box)

Very good connections to WIFI outside and everywhere. Good performance of battery I have use product near a full day.
To use with full confidence.

Reliable and fast service. I wasn’t able to pick up from the airport and they have it delivered at my hotel with no xtra charge.

Great experience. Easy to use and set-up. Simple pick-up and return.

Was exactly what I needed.

Great service, made my stay in Japan more enjoyable
