Worked perfectly! Absolutely loved it. Got the unlimited package and had perfect internet throughout our entire trip. 5 stars, no complaints. Would 100% get again.

Product worked wonderfully. We stayed connected to wifi the whole time it was on without fail. If you don’t have international coverage on your phone, you want this! It helped us greatly during our visit to Japan. The package delivered straight to the hotel front desk as requested. Return was just as easy, just place it in the envelope provided and drop it in the mail box.

Second time I've used. It's great. Very convenient and no issues with the connection or speeds.

Great service. Delivered to my hotel on the specified date and time. Will rent again for my next Japan trip.

Wow Made my Holiday Easy !!!
Was Great to be able to be online

Worked well every where I went, from Miyajima Island to Tokyo. Easy pick-up at our hotel in Shinagawa and then easy drop-off into any conveniently located post office box (in included return envelope). Just keep in mind it needs to be charged up at night so it's ready to go the next day.

I rented this device for 15 days. It worked well under all conditions. The connection speed was great even when riding the metro. I would highly recommend this pocket wifi. Easy to setup and use.

As always, very happy with the coverage and the service. Keep up tye good work.

Used this pocket WiFi during my 3-week long trip in Japan and it was perfect! Doesn't get great service while on the shinkansen, especially through tunnels, but otherwise the service is reliable and battery lasted a full day (I'd charge every night and be good to go).

Easy to collect, simple to setup and use. We travelled throughout central Japan and experienced no issues at all. The power bank was really useful as well. Would definitely recommend.
