Works superbly!

I was able to stay connected to the internet to access Google Maps and search for places to visit/eat and did not come into any problems at all. It also came with a portable charger which was very handy for charging it on the go if it ran out of battery.

Very good device for travelers goes to Japan

This is the best way to stay connected ALL THE TIME while in Japan. It is an extremely easy process from the on-line reservation to the returning day when going back home. Other companies offer extra batteries for an extra charge but with Japan Wireless this service is included and is very useful because you do not need to worry about finding electric plugs.
I really recommend it and I will be using it for my next trips!

I forgot my pocket wi-fi on the train. Contacted Japan Wireless. They delivered the replacement to my Tokyo hotel in less than an hour! I did not buy insurance so had to pay for the replacement. I returned to Tokyo Station and someone had turned it in. Japan Wireless refunded my $$ that same day !! amazing !!

have not have not experienced using a portable pocket WiFi. However, I am very pleased with the website of Japan Wireless. It is very friendly site to use.
