Customer service representative was very helpful and the WiFi was very fast and never failed me!!

Good service, excellent communication. Good reception in Osaka and Kyoto where we visited. Occasional slow downs of random durations.

The built in battery lasts the entire day, unless you can’t charge over night you would never need the mobile battery pack. Incredibly happy we picked this up

During our trip to Japan we did get exactly what was advertised - great connection, clear usage instructions, great speed. However, what really made this service stand out was the email we received on the day of the Typhoon informing us that Japan Wireless services were extended indefinitely and free of charge! We ended up using them for extra 3 days due to the flight cancellations and we had no disruptions whatsoever.

The proactivity and understanding of the customer support team, in addition to the quality of the service itself has definitely made a great impression. Would definitely use again next time in Japan.

We used the Pocket Wifi and are extremely satisfied. Reasonable pricing, easy takeover of the equipment at the airport, flawless operation throughout the entire stay(even a power bank is supplied free of charge) and easy return (you can simply throw all the equipment in the supplied envelope at the airport into the nearest mailbox). Would consider Japan Wireless again at any time.

Best way to ne connected

Love japan wireless. Picked up pocket wifi from our hotel front desk and returned it in the postage paid envelope at a post office. Worked really well and was well worth the money. Would have been better if they gave two extra power adaptors because we were out late but it seeved the purpose. Truly amazing

Very easy pick up and drop off at the airport. WiFi was really good too
