Always had strong Wi-Fi signal wherever I went. Even in remote mountainous areas. Remains charged to the end of the day.

In Japan for 6 days. Good signal in Tokyo & Kyoto and on the Bullet train, would buy and recommend again. The user video was very good, just remember to take a printout of the activation bar code.

Ordered online and picked up Japan Wireless pocket wifi from Haneda Airport. Easy to use with great coverage all over Tokyo, Kyoto and Hiroshima. Battery life is good all day and there is a spare battery supplied if needed. Convenient to drop off in the mailbox at Haneda airport. I've now used Japan Wireless twice - would highly recommend.

The wifi worked great everywhere in Kyushu. We did have a minor problem but they immediately got back to us the next day and it worked. This was our second time using Japan Wireless.

I found the acquiring and activating way easy and fast. The signal carried by SoftBank is strong and feasible in most places I went, even when underground with decent speed. The bandwidth consumption appears normal as I turned on low data consumption switch. The expiration time is also as contracted. 3GB over 7 days is sufficient. it is a good deal.
