Very good service. The battery lasts all day. In any case there was a battery charger. The delivery system is very easy: the company provides a side-by-side envelope and can deliver the wi-fi poker to the airport.

We enjoyed using the wifi, it was fast and reliable anywhere we go. We will definitely recommend and will use it again.

The whole online process and follow up was amazing. It has been an awesome customer experience so far.

Ordered it online, picked it up upon arrival...super easy...just make sure you specify the correct pick up location (terminal). Super fast and great battery life. Easy drop off... perfect

Convinient, great wifi speed

This package was great. The Wifi Battery lasts a whole day, and if it doesn't, ours came with the included Portable Charger which is slim and light. Perfect for on the go - We mainly used it to charge our phone rather than the Wifi as the Wifi would last longer than our phones.
It's Worth the money, especially if more than 2 of you are travelling together and all using it.

very effective and cost efficient.

Rented mobile hotspot, pick-up at Narita to some time because it was my first time, and returning item at Haneda airport to red postal box was easy. Mobile hotspot worked great overall. Only issue was I had to move my MacBook laptop to different bedrooms to get connection. Customer service was great, responded to all my e-mail questions within a few hours and help me resolve connection issues.

Just bought it and it seems really good - will have to wait to use it, but comes highly recommended.
