Very reliable and affordable pocket wifi. Will rent again when I visit Japan in the future.

We went to Hokkaido and really needed constant Wifi.
All went well, all is easy, excellent service!

Super simple, ordered, picked up and used. Never got close to using all the data either. 10/10 r8 4 a m8

It's been 3 years since our last rental. Pre-covid, we never had any issues with Japan-Wireless with multiple rentals across the years. It's great to be back and we're really satisfied that Japan-Wireless standards remain top-notch!

We have a trip planned for June. After much research, we decided on Japan-wireless. The website was easy to order and clear instructions for pickup etc.

Good price . Easy to order/ return.

It worked great throughout the two weeks and even in remote places. No problems.

The order process was super easy to navigate, cost is comparable to similar plans. Am looking forward to its use!
