Easy pickup and drop off. Great way to get around Japan. Good Wi-Fi with backup battery. Second time I have used this product and will definitely do so again.

This is the 2nd time we are using the wireless and I can not complain, it was delivered to our hotel, we picked it up, easy instruction and dropped it off to our hotel and they shipped it. We got a confirmation when we got back to state. I highly recommend it and we will use them again.

It’s a pretty easy process in filling out the information. Rates are great. It’s my first time renting it from this company but it came with plenty of recommendations so I’d figured I’d try it out since my usual place is all rented out on short notice. I reached out to Japan wireless in the next day in the hotel was a new modem and kit ready to use. Was super handy having the wireless device and the power bank. Makes navigating super easy, and the device is small enough to put in your pocket. Cost effective and makes travelling so much easier. Will definitely get one again next time we’re in Japan.
