I only used the equipment around the Tokyo area. The performance was very good indeed. Thank You. Will rent it again when I come to Japan next time.

Excelent service it was essential for the success of the trip

Everything about this was so simple. From ordering to pick to drop off. I had no trouble whatsoever. Just turn it on and it’s ready to use, it even comes with a back battery. I highly recommend this service and company.

Great, easy to use !

web-based information and ordering process were both clear and easy to navigate

The whole process was quick and easy. The internet service was fast and reliable. The return process was simple. Definitely using the service again for future trips.

Excellent coverage and fast connectivity!

Happy I used them to get my pocket wifi got Japan. Made my trip ready send highly appreciated the portable charger sent with the Wi-Fi.

WiFi worked great during our two weeks in a
Tokyo. Easy pick up and easy drop off.

Easy to use, easy to return. Delivered to our hotel in less than a day (we ordered late because of the time change) so it was at the hotel the night we arrived. It was a little spotty in some places, and I had to remove the VPN on my phone to use it, but otherwise it was great! Definitely don't leave the battery pack at the hotel - it would stay charged about 18 hours so if you're not charging it overnight you will need it during the day.
