Easy pickup at airport. Then did exactly what it was supposed to do for 14 days.
Then dropped in a mailbox outside the airport when leaving. It's easy, it's reliable, it's everything i expected and hoped for. Would deffinetely choose this again on my next visit to Japan.

We prebooked for collection at our hotel in Shibuya. The ordering process, delivery, collection were simple and seamless. Activation was simple and and service throughout our visits to Tokyo, Hiroshima, Osaka and Kyoto was excellent.

The instructions and included envelope made the return at the end of our trip a simple process.

Would absolutely choose to use Japan Wireless as our solution for data and communication on any trip greater than 3 days. Not needing to worry about roaming charges or data limits eliminates a huge burden. Pick up and drop off was extremely straight-forward.
