Great reliable. All over Japan. Fast internet for multiple people in the group. Definitely saved us on multiple times. Battery life was not the best.

The wifi worked perfectly well. In addition, the customer service was very efficient: When I noticed on the first day that the cord of the charger was damaged, I contacted Japan Wireless and they sent me a whole new set the following day.

Pocket wifi was very handy during the whole one month that we traveled Japan.

The kiosk at Narita Terminal 2 was easy to find. They were ready for me with an envelope containing everything I needed. The device was easy to set up & internet speed was very good. Return was easy as there was a Japan Postal Service kiosk at NRT and I just dropped the return envelope with everything in it right in the mailbox. I would definitely recommend Japan Wireless for you mobile internet service.
