Not dissapointing at all, this time , wireless device can use around 10hrs without even charing it using powerbank

Everything was so easy; reserve the device, pick up at the airport, using and finally return after the holiday. Really value for money.

During our recent trip to Japan I used a mobile WiFi unit. I ordered before leaving UK and it was delivered to the hotel as arranged ready for our arrival.
Although there are WiFi hotspots in some areas the unit gave excellent speed and consistent connection, especially useful when travelling on trains and coaches. Cost was fully inclusive of data downloads so there was no worry of a large bill later

I am glad that I chose Japan Wireless. It was easy to reserve online and the pickup at the airport was convenient. My pocket wifi came with everything I needed, including a backup battery which was very useful. My internet connection was reliable for my whole trip. The return process at the airport was easy, too.

We forgot to get our pocket wi-fi at the airport but your service was convenient and made it so easy for us to get connected!! Delivered to our hotel, our pocket wi-fi was waiting for us when we arrived. On time and easy return. Thank you!
