The pocket wi-fi was fast and I never had any issues. It worked awesome!

Great that they delivered it to my doorstep, speed is good to access navigation stuff.

Very convenient to carry. Fast and lightweight!

We had an issue with the first wifi box we received, but it was handled immediately and we received a second one, which worked perfectly. Can highly recommend the service, if you want to control your mobile cost in Japan. Thank you very much!

The Japan Wireless mobile hotspot worked great for my visit to Japan. Didn't have any major issues with it, and the portable charger supplied was definitely convenient. Would definitely use this again when I visit Japan.

Device was waiting for us at the hotel, good connectivity and speed, no issues at all. Highly recommend

Grazie,servizio impeccabile!

I preordered the pocket wifi through Japan Wireless 3 days before my trip to Osaka, Japan. I requested to have it delivered to my hotel. When we checked into out hotel late Monday evening, the my wifi package was there ready for me. My family and I were pleased with the services we received from Japan Wireless. The pocket wifi came with carry on case, a battery charger, and a cord for charging the device. Plus a prepaid return packaging envelope. The wifi pocket charged lasted all day for our phones.
I decided to extend my wifi services for and extra day and it was simple and quick. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND using Japan Wirless Services when you plan your trip to Japan. WE RATE THEN 5 STARS for SERVICE, EQUIPMENT QUALITY AND EXCELLENT PERFORMANCE.
