I got the premium plan for 2 weeks so my whole family would have wifi while in Tokyo and Osaka. Superb service where our pocket wifi was already in our hotel room when we arrived in Japan. That makes it so convenient. Good coverage and easy drop off at the post box at the airport. I would use this company again when I visit Japan in the future!

It’s almost impossible to visit Japan without mobile internet.
This device is perfect. Always and everywhere WIFI. The battery runs for almost a day, but with the extra powerbank this is not a problem.
Installation is quit diffecult: it’s only in Japanese. A very friendly Japanese man helped me to install. It would be easier it there is a english menu in the device.

Quick convenient pickup at Haneda Airport. Easy to follow instructions. Never even needed the extra charger. Easy drop off in the mailbox at airport.

My pocket Wi-Fi was delivered to my hotel, so it was there ready for me to use when I arrived. The Wi-Fi service was amazing. Some of my friends pocket Wi-Fi wasn’t reliable, but mine never gave out. The battery lasted all day and only died on the late nights. 100% recommend
