It was truly a very satisfying experience. I think Japan Wireless is an efficient and practical product, as long as you remember to charge it at night. One time, on the second day of the rental, I forgot to charge it and found the power bank was dead. Fortunately, it was a conference day during my scientific trip, because if it had been a day for sightseeing, it would have been a disaster. A day in Japan without internet for a foreigner is impossible. Thank you very much for your service and see you next time

Very convenient and usefull.
Though the stand is not very easy to find in Osaka airport

We used it for 15 days and were always satisfied with the connection and speed.

Rented this device for the 2 of us traveling in Japan for 20 days. We were in Tokyo, Kanazawa, Kyoto, Osaka, and Sapporo and we never had a problem with connection or with bandwidth.

The device was waiting for us at our first hotel and came with a return envelope that we simply dropped in a mailbox on our last day.

All in all it was a very very good experience - good connectivity, reasonable pricing for the 2 of us, good communication with the vendor, and super easy delivery and return.

Performance was very good for the most part, a bit spotty in subways (to be expected). Much more affordable than an eSim

A great solution

The portable wireless device was awesome! We had no issues using maps & being able to use the internet to look things up when we were out & about. It was delivered as requested & drop off was easy!

5/5 stars. So convenient, the wifi was fast, reliable and we shared across 4 devices in our family.
