Pick up and drop off were easy. Great to have reliable wireless while traveling with two kids.

It helped me survive navigating Japan’s complex yet very efficient transportation. I will definitely order this again for my return trip to Japan!

working good. no problems, Batterie lifetime a little bit to short

excellent! Nous avons été ravis du service.

Service was good and consistent throughout our 2 week trip. sending it back at the airport drop off box was so easy!

This is my 3rd time ( I think ) using Japan wireless service. 1 time using their wifi modem service and 2 times for the sim cards and each time always great service! I bought the sim card from them last minute as I moved from Osaka to Tokyo. They were very quick in contacting me to make sure that they sent the sim card to the right hotel. Thank you so much ! It's great to have a reliable service provider when you're on the go :) Will definitely use it every time I'm in Japan!

Reliable internet connection. Not once did the connection lag during our recent trip to different places in Japan. This is my second time with Japan Wireless and this will be my go to wifi connection whenever I am in Japan.

We have rented portable WIFI’s from Japan-Wireless on numerous occasions and have always had good experiences with their products and the overall service provided. Highly recommended.

Japan wireless is the company to go for all your connectivity needs. If your phone isn’t unlocked the wireless router has a ling lasting battery and also includes a portable battery pack! I highly reccomend it.

The unit had a good charge to last me for most of the day, it did take long to charge but that is normal. The wifi connection was good too. I had some issues with scheduling the pick up but customer service was helpful.
