Awesome WiFi service! Unit delivered to our hotel room and worked perfectly. Didn't experience any problems with service the entire time. Was notified when the unit was delivered to the hotel, and also notified that unit was received upon return.

The price and coverage were excellent everywhere I went. The instructions to pick up and drop off the egg was clear and straightforward. Even with the extra charger, we didn’t even need to use it for our trip but it was so appreciated just in case. We would definitely use this company again.

Easy to collect at the airport, easy to send back ( from the airport), they send you an email to inform you they received the router. It worked really weel all the time, it's small, light easy to carry, they give you a powerbank and the charger. The battery lasts all the day.

We had this pocket WiFi for 14 days. Super easy to setup? Could use all our devices with no issues with connection through 6 cities. Never reached the data limit even though had 4-5 devices connected and using data the whole time

EASY TO OPERATE & FASTEST INTERNET

The speed was very good for a 4g service and the service coverage was quite good in Kobe, Osaka, Nara and Tokyo. Cheaper than multiple esim for individual phones. It last quite long on one charge from about 9am to 2-3pm on constantly. Topping up charge with external powerbank will get through whole day easily.
