It worked fine & withing my expectations. I will use again on my return to Japan. Thank you!

Great little wifi box. Good speeds and it lasted a whole day out and about. Will definitely get it again!

Connection always good

Services were reliable as always. When a problem arose, the effort was to solve it immediately.
I can recommend, I myself will use the services again next time.

Very reliable. Convenient to pick up and return.

Efficient delivery & very helpful Wifi for maps & data

Japan Wireless was a quick and easy process. I ordered the device. It was waiting at my hotel. Setup two steps and easy return. Will order again on next Japan trip.

Easy to book, collect and post from a different leaving point in Japan.cost effective no hassles and worked fabulously. Totally recommend and staff so helpful.

Everything about this transaction was easy: ordering, payment, pickup, and use. The device worked very well for the duration of our time in Japan. We traveled around Osaka & Tokyo. The WiFi was fast & allowed us to keep connected. The drop off is convenient & they provide all you need. This is my second time using this company & I would use them again.

This was my second time using the service and it worked just as well as the first. Pick up is simple and quick, and the wifi is fast and reliable.
