Me and my 4 friends stayed always connected to the internet thanks to this device. This really made the life so much easier in Tokyo. Pick up from airport was easy and returning was even easier. I absolutely recommend this!

Loved this product and the process. Your company made it easy to get the WiFi upon check in at our hotel and when we left Japan, 3 hotels and 3 cities later, it was easy to drop it in the mail. Seamless process and great coverage and ease of use for our family.

Ordered two of these units. Both worked perfectly. However, one of the USB cables were slightly damaged making it unable to charge. Since I had two units, I utilized the other cord to charge both.

We recently used it in Japan on a tour from Tokyo, Kyoto and Hiroshima. What I liked was the delivery and the return was very simple. A list of materials was included and all I had to do was pop everything in a pouch and mail it from the airport. So , so simple! I would use this service again. Everyone used the wifi, there was 10 of us, so it was worth it!

Delivered to hotel. Easy to mail back at airport with self enclosed envelope. Very reasonable, great speed and so useful!

It is amazing to walk all over Japan and have an Internet connection all the time, and easy to pick up and return. I'll hire this service again.
