This has been a great device. I was able to use both my laptop and phone and have access to the internet on the go. The price is fair and reasonable.

Perfectly working, convinient and practical

I am very happy with the Japan Wireless. It was delivered to my hotel promptly with a return address envelope I could return it in. The router was fully reliable and it had a back up battery (although I didn't need it). I would rent it in a future trip to Japan, it saved me money as a tourist.

Easy to use and reliable

Easy pick up in the international terminal. Easy return (mailbox located in the international terminal). Had pretty consistent WiFi throughout my stay in Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka and Kobe. If I didn’t have WiFi, it wouldn’t have lasted longer than 10mins (happened twice). There was a time where I had to reset the pocket WiFi twice but it worked soon after. Even with these occurrences, it is technology after all and sometimes it’s doesn’t work temporarily. When I return to Japan I would go through this company again.

The mobil router was very good, signals very strong even in small town like Takayama and Kanazawa. I dont have any problem to have internet during my two week trip in Japan in March - April. Highly recommend this product for anyone who want to visit Japan.

Best wifi in Japan

All went well delivery and drop off went to plan, WiFi worked great. Only issue was pier pack supplied with unit was not functioning well.

Second year I have been hiring from Japan warless form my business trip.

It was so great to be able to use my phone in Japan. Would recommend for anyone traveling to Tokyo!
