Really good coverage. No hassle transactions so far, the couple of times I've used it.

Japan wireless made having pocket WiFi so easy and accessible while traveling in Japan. The pocket WiFi was ready to pick up at the airport when I arrived and the included return envelope made the return super simple to return at the airport when I left. The package included a backup battery so I had service all day long. I will use Japan Wireless from now on!!

Battery may need replacing only held up for few hours

Having the premium WiFi was good as there was no concern about data used or the speed. It was great to have this facility while travelling in Japan. The battery pack was also good, and needed after some long days and lots of tunnels interfering with the signal. The pocket WiFi was not lastng that long by the end of the two weeks, and needed recharging during the day. But overall, a great service, easy to use, and helpful staff when I spoke with them. I wouldn't travel without it.

Great service by Japan wireless. Pickup and drop off was extremely convenient. The connection is strong and very fast download speeds. Will definitely use again and would recommend to anyone traveling to Japan.
