Excellent all arond

Great customer service arranging delivery and great data service as well. More convenient than carrying a wifi hotspot and never had an issue with speed or data usage.

Batteri lasted the whole day! Speed was fast. A great wifi wireless router in other words, recommend!

At first there was a little problem with the communication after ordering but then everything went smooth and was as advertised. We had good connection everywhere, even underground, in the shinkansen or in building in the cities. Would order again.

Thanks japan Wireless for your excellent service. Strongly recommend

Worked perfect! Easy to get started even for me and the information how to return the unit was spot on. Without the WiFi we would be lost in Tokyo!

Had it delivered to my hotel in Osaka. It was there waiting for me. Set up is a breeze! I’d recommend again & use again the next time I’m in Japan.

Thanks so much! It's the only wireless wifi i would ever use in Japan!

I use Japan Wireless every time I come to Japan. The service is excellent and the internet is fast and convenient. I highly recommend them.

Que gran servicio, ni un corte, ni un fallo!!! Thanks Japan wireless
