Getting the pocket wifi was smooth. Had it delivered to Post Office and all I need to present was my passport. Pocket wifi came with a pouch for storage which was good as it is easy to keep. However, the spare battery wasn’t working properly. It will show “charging” for a minute but will stop after. Overall, it was still a good experience.

good service

Awesome! I will use it again absolutely ☺️

Great service, easy to use. Had it for 15 days and never had any internet access issue with it.

It is very practical and functional, it allows you to access the necessary information anywhere you are

Very reliable and strong signal and no issues with the Wifi.

I had to reset the device twice during my trip but otherwise everything was great.

Awesome product . Didn’t have any problems . Very fast and convenient .

We highly recommend Japanwireless. We have been very satisfied by the service offered from end to end : pocket wifi easy to book on internet, easy to retrieve at the airport (Tokyo Haneda), very easy to use, easy to return. We have had no issues during our whole stay and it was so useful having a wifi access at all time. Thank you a lot!
