It was so handy to have. Made my trip around Japan so convenient. My husband and I were both connected and the battery lasted us all day. I never used the extra battery pack but it was great to have. Would definitely recommend when travelling in Japan.

The service is excellent! All my queries has been answered. Recommended!!

Always have your WiFi with you, secure and fast.

Rock steady connection for two weeks. Would strongly recommend.
And was waiting for me at my hotel when I arrived

The easiest and best way to stay connect to the internet in Japan if you are visiting the country for a few weeks.

Perfect

This thing lasts the whole day on one charge unless you stream HD videos for about 5 hours straight. The signal strength is better than most hotels I visited and it was easy to use. I do wish, however I that the menus had an english translation.

Found the pocket Wifi by Japan Wireless an easy way to access the web on our recent trip to Japan. Unfortunately our trip was abandoned due to a death in our family. Without hesitation our next trip will include hiring again from Japan wireless.
