Easy to use and we had a great signal in Tokyo, Osaka, & Kyoto. Was at the hotel already by the time we got there for easy collection. We struggled a little to find a PO box to post it back but got there in the end.

We ordered the WiFi box in the Netherlands the day before we arrived. They delivered the WiFi box at our hotel and it was no problem at all to extend the rental period. I would definitely recommend Japan-Wireless!

The Premium Wi-Fi (187Mbps) that I rented when I stayed in Japan was really fast. No interruptions experienced and the battery pack included in the package really helped a lot. Though at times, the unit becomes too hot when being used. The shipping/return of the package was also so convenient. Overall, I will get their service again for future Japan travels and the Premium Wi-Fi (187Mbps) is highly recommended. Thank you, Japan Wireless.

Japan Wireless it's a must to have with you in Japan. We use it for 12 days and we hadn't any problem during the whole period and the connection was fast and reliable almost everywhere for all of us. We use it in 5 people. Recommanded.

This was a must have and worth every penny.
A cheap way to keep in touch with home and work while in Japan. Gave me the ability to communicate when my Japanese language skills failed. Was very easy to set up. Will use it again on my next trip to Japan.
