This mobile wifi simplified our trip to Japan. Although we had wireless in accommodation it was fantastic for navigating Japanese transport (particularly trains). We also used it for Google Maps and translator. I ordered it 1 week before we arrived it was waiting for us at our hotel. It was simple to set up and extremely reliable. We dropped it in the post office box at Narita Airport prior to leaving Japan. For around 10 Australian dollars a day - a must

Very effective and fare are not so expensive!

Staff really responsive to equipment issues, sent replacement devices promptly, excellent service and communication to satisfy my wireless needs

per poter viaggiare in assoluta tranquillità il Giappone ho trovato questa soluzione ottima. Non ho avuto problemi di connessione, batteria e la restituzione è molto semplice.
Inoltre ho trovato la gestione molto ben organizzata.

Excellent service, great performance all over Japan!!!
Complete satisfy with the product.
Thanks a lot

Consistent and reliable quality of data speed and availability everywhere in Tokyo even underground. Best of all, it doesn’t have to break my bank account

I thought it would be difficult to use but we had it with us and we were safely able to navigate around Japan without getting lost. I wish I had one in the states.

My unlimited WiFi worked great, I used it very often and only ever encountered one brief issue - which was quickly solved by just turning the device off and on again. I never once traveled to an area where I had weak internet connection with the device.

Pick-up and Drop-off was incredibly easy, and the photo instructions on how to find the Pick-Up booth in the Haneda airport were invaluable.

Having direct access to the internet while traveling abroad is so important, so having Unlimited Data that allowed me to use the internet with no worries about data usage, internet speed, or service range was definitely worth the price. I will absolutely use the same service for future trips! Thank you so much!

We really enjoyed the service during our trip last week to Tokyo and Kyoto. From the delivery to the hotel, to the nice accessories, and the detailed instructions for returning by mail, the service is high quality and reliable. Thanks for doing a great job!
