The title means all. Starting from the order, the delivery at the hotel, the usage, signal, battery life till the postage back and finally the confirmation of the receive back.
Strongly reccomended if you are visiting Japan.

Used this on my cruise around japan. Almost always had a signal except when far out to sea. Always had a fast connection. Was essential for navigating Tokyo subways!! It was at my hotel when I arrived and it was easy to drop in the post box at the airport when I left.

Signal was always present, speed was good also with two devices uploading photos at the same time. Good signal also on trains and nearby mount fuji (we visited Tokyo, Kyoto, osaka as well). Battery life was more than expected, well more than 10-12 hours and it comes with an additional portable battery that you can use for your phone as well. Pick up and drop off were flawless and easy at the airport. Totally recommended.

Easy order

I am happy with your service. I always get signal wherever I go. However, I am wondering if your pocket WiFi could transmit 5 ghz radio (802.11 ac or ax in the near future) instead of 2.4 ghz one. If there are too many SSID with 2.4ghz radio, the reception will be impacted a bit. Thanks.

We've been using the Premium Wi-Fi (187Mbps) for three days in Tokyo now and had no problems. Tomorrow we go to Kyoto so fingers crossed all works well!

It was great. Ez to use. Remember to drop off before going thru custom at ticketing terminal area. Otherwise u have to ship it when u get home.

I've rented these units multiple times during travel to Japan and always a great experience. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Japan Wireless, the pick-up was easy and it was simple to use. We haven't had any problem with the pocket wifi and it was really helpful during our stay.

Such a great piece of kit, and the staff were very helpful and accomodating. I will be getting another when I visit Japan again. Cant recommend this enough
