I could not have navigated as easily in Japan without my pocket Wi-Fi! It was easy to use and return. No complaints!

The whole experiance from start to finish was first class. Will defiantly purchase again, when I visit Japan.

Thank You

Hay dos cosas impagables al viajar a Japón. El JRPass y el router WIFI. Excelente para ir en grupo y estar todos con acceso rapido y seguro a Internet. Completamente satisfecho!

Great Wi-Fi. Excellent service. Arrived on time at the hotel. My choice when travelling in japan

This pocket WiFi was the best! We used all day and night. Made navigation of Japan easy and we never had a service issue. Price was reasonable and their customer service was great!! Our flight was delayed and we were unable to pick up at the airport due to getting in at 5:00 am do they shipped directly to my hotel. We will rent from them again on any future trips!!

Initially we had problems getting the unit delivered to our hotel as we ordered last minute.
In the end the unit was delivered to a later hotel on our route.
They refunded the days we were without the unit. However we did have to pay foreign currency charges levied by the bank.
Once it arrived the unit worked very well and was invaluable to keep online everywhere we went in Japan.
I recommend their service but book ahead so the unit is awaiting your arrival at your first hotel.

Excellent! Router was really easy to use.

This is a fantastic service... great connection throughout our travels and very easy to deal with.

Very convenient.

Great service. Worked as expected.
