Unlimited data that's actually unlimited. Easy and simple

Very convenient and easy to use. First time to try portable wifi in Japan, no complaints. The signal never falter and the battery life is quite long even with the cold weather.

Awesome data coverage, suited our needs. Just be aware that Japan still works a lot on phone (for enquiries & reservations for example), so sometimes useful to still have some calls included

I highly recommend this service...reliable and convenient, including how it was delivered to me on the first day and how I returned it. My only complaint is that the power bank supplied is defective or broken and does not work. Thank you.

Worked very well. Got me entertained between the long rides between festival sites. Good idea about ordering before arriving in Japan. It was waiting for me when I checked in. I will definitely utilize this pocket WiFi when I'm back in Japan.

Very useful and easy to use.

My wife and I used this for our trip to Tokyo, the battery life lasted more than a full day and the internet speeds were amazing the entire trip. It was so good we just bought it again for our upcoming trip to Osaka.

Ease of use and clear service. Used this when traveling around Tokyo and to Hokkaido and the service was great.

Really easy to use and service was fantastic all Over Japan

Easy to use, good connection, and long battery life.
